- make deals with all kinds of securities, including repo transactions, in accordance with the law;
- to transactions with securities on OTC market to do a public announcement, including the automated quotation system of the Exchange, and (or) in the media. The right to a simultaneous public announcement of a fixed price purchase and sale of securities is only dealer;
- provide consulting services for the production, distribution and circulation of securities, as well as make recommendations on valuation of securities;
- perform other work and services related to the implementation of dealer activities consistent with the legislation.
